On-Platform Communication

All buyer-supplier interactions happen within DVMart's secure messaging system — creating a full audit trail and preventing off-platform fraud attempts.

Content Moderation

Our team reviews all product listings and reports. Fake listings, misleading descriptions, and prohibited items are removed immediately.

Dispute Support

If a buyer or supplier encounters an issue, our support team mediates and helps resolve disputes. Raise a support ticket from your dashboard.

Protect Yourself from Fraud

While DVMart takes every precaution to maintain a safe marketplace, buyers and sellers should remain vigilant. DVMart will NEVER:

  • Ask for passwords or OTPs via phone, email, or chat.
  • Request upfront payments directly to our staff or agents.
  • Guarantee sales or business outcomes to suppliers.

To protect yourself:

  • Always verify supplier credentials through the platform's verified badge.
  • Never share payment details or advance money without proper invoices.
  • Use on-platform messaging — avoid moving conversations to personal WhatsApp immediately.
  • Report suspicious profiles or messages using the "Report" button.
